Information we collect

• Quote requests: your name, phone and/or email, ZIP code, property type, project description, optional equipment details and photos.
• Contractor accounts: business and contact details, verification documents and billing information (processed by our payment provider).
• Technical data: pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address. We store only a salted hash of IP addresses with form submissions, for abuse prevention.
• Location: only if you click “Use my current location”. Coordinates are rounded and used for that search only.

How we share it

We share your quote request only with the contractor you select and, if you opt in, up to three additional matching contractors. We record your consent, including the exact wording and time. We do not sell your personal information.

Communications

We send transactional messages about your request. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

Retention

Quote requests are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for legal or billing reasons.
